Project Description
Situated in downtown Wellington, the Schools of Architecture and Design celebrate education of young designers with a comprehensive series of courses.
The building comprises studios, lecture theatres, library, offices, laboratory, and work shops grouped around a central 3 storey light filled atrium. The architecture explores the process of learning through a layering of elements against a structural matrix to withstand Wellington’s earthquakes. Design skills of architecture and interior design together with project management services were provided on this project.
