Project Description
Located on a spectacular water front site, the 338 metre high tower, forms part of a Convention, Entertainment & Tourist Centre in the heart of Macau. The Tower consists of six public levels comprising entry and exhibition space, observation, cafés and a revolving restaurant, together with extensive provision for communication facilities. Adventure facilities such as Sky Walk and Bungy jumping are featured on the upper levels.
The Tower was conceived as a sculptural and dynamic form on an open and spectacular site. The architecture explores responsive structural solutions to withstand seismic and typhoon forces. An extensive landscaped plaza combines water features and sculptures and forms an integrated development with the related Convention and Entertainment Centre.
