At Moller Architects we believe we not only shape our environments through the practice of architecture, but also in the many other ways that, as architects, we can help and assist others in shaping their lives.

To paraphrase Winston Churchill, 'We shape our environments, thereafter they shape us'

Moller Architects achieve this in a number of ways:

  • Through the design of buildings, interiors, landscapes and the urban realm;

  • Through teaching and assisting the next generation of architects and designers;

  • Through the engagement with the community with participation on various trusts, school boards, organizations and review panels.

The Directors of Moller Architects have contributed by:

  • teaching at all three Schools of Architecture in New Zealand

  • regular presentations of architecture to local primary schools

  • serving on a number of  School Boards of Trustees

  • participating on review panels nationwide for Schools of Architecture Accreditation

  • involvement with Auckland Theatre Company as Board Chair and Sponsor of the new build

  • involvement in the establishment of Site Safe and being a SiteSafe Board member

  • assessor for the New Zealand Registered Architects Board

  • Past President and Councillor of the New Zealand Institute of Architects

  • member of the Auckland Urban Design Panel and Technical Advisor to Panuku

  • trustee of the Wellington City Gallery

  • chair the Masterspec Board
